"We had a great time at this property. While it's not quite on Ana Marie Island it is so very close and you get to enjoy all the great (and new) amenities of the building as well. The place was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen items which is not always the case in vacation rentals. I was very happy! It was a bit cold when we were there but the patio would have been perfect for warmer weather. We'll be back soon! Lena"
"All I can say is if there were 10 stars I would rate 395 Aruba Circle, Unit 302 a 10!! This condo is everything the pictures represent and more! We stayed over 4 weeks from the end of January - February 28, 2021 and never had an issue. All furnishings are top notch, beds are very comfy, the condo is roomy and extremely clean. The lanai is also a great addition as it overlooks the lake on the property. Location is perfect for everything you want to do while visiting Anna Maria Island. We loved it so much we already rented for 2022!! Do not hesitate to stay at this property at One Particular Harbour, Margaritaville - you will be glad you did!!!!! "We vacationed with family and it was perfect. The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. It is steps from the complex pool and playground which was great since the grandkids were with us. We loved relaxing on the screened in lanai that overlooks a lake. The location of the complex is convenient to Anna Maria Island with the bridge to the island being just past the entrance. There is a wagon as well as beach chairs and umbrella provided which we used when we went to the beach. I must say we were very pleased with everything and made great memories. It is a wonderful place for the price with comparable properties costing a lot more. I would highly recommend! Morgan was awesome to work with."
"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this resort and condo. Very high end, beautifully decorated, all the comforts of home. Kitchen was loaded with extras- literally anything you would need. Nice bar area, loved the lanai, and having the washer/dryer was such a bonus! Lots of beach towels provided and the locker full of beach items was so convenient. Super easy to drive over to the island and back. We will definitely keep this in mind should we ever return to this area. Morgan made everything easy and clear. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"
